Cancellation conditions

The client may cancel the service order (excluding gift vouchers) without providing a reason, under the following conditions:

No cancellation fee; Cancellation of service orders on the seventh day before the scheduled date of service or less than 7 days before the scheduled date of service, but more than 24 hours before the scheduled date of service:
The client is required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the price for the ordered services; Cancellation of service orders less than 24 hours before the scheduled date of service:
